All-Power America APC4406 Quietzone 1.5 HP Air Compressor with Aluminum Tank

This compressor worked for about 2 weeks, then started leaking and would not hold air. I went through the grueling process starting 2 weeks ago to get a refund, and still havent heard back from these people. I have called 5 times and have had to wait on hold at least 10 minutes each time. Worst customer service ever.

Wow! What a great compressor. It is very quiet for an air compressor. It's rated at 55 db, and I believe it. It's quiet enough for me to use it indoors to provide pressure to my Magma Star bullet luber/sizer. I ran it for over 15 minutes as per the manual for a break-in period, and it never got so hot as to be uncomfortable. Of the two pressures indicators, the left dial shows the tank pressure, while the right dial shows the output pressure. The black knob in the center is used to adjust the output pressure. Fit and finish of my unit is excellent. I highly recommend it, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

After reading all the positive reviews of this unit I decided to go with it, the selling factor for me was the quiteness and the cfm rate for the money which is as advertised. I was very happy for about 3 months before it started leaking. I continued to use it for another month until because it was just a slow seep really. It continued to get worse so I finally got a replacement head unit for customer service at no charge. I will say it was pretty simple dealing with them also. I then email customer service just to see how much a new motor is for it to determine whether I should fix it or go with a new compressor.
