The compressor was shipped with oil in the engine and No "THIS SIDE UP" on the carton. It had been laid on it's side and oil leaked out and fowled the spark plug and ruined the aircleaner. The unit should have been shipped without oil and a large tag stating "NO OIL IN ENGINE".
Once I purchased a new aircleaner, spark plug and added more oil it works well.

I,too, purchased ths same item. It also was shipped with oil and the air cleaner is saturated with the oil. The engine also smelled of gas! This item clearly was not "New in box" as the seller stated!! There was no packing material and the box had been previously opened!!! UPS deliveryman verified and wrote comments in his scanner.
